Para las familias y los cuidadores de niños y adolescentes neurodiversos - experimente la casa histórica con mucho que tocar y tiempo para preguntas y explore el nuevo camino sensorial del jardín a través de la vista, el sonido, el tacto y el olor.

This free family event that kicks off our Dig it! Plant it! Eat it! spring and summer programs for children and adults. Enjoy special presentations, nature scavenger hunts, and art activities in the garden. Rain or Shine.

This program is free and no registration is required.

Programa de huertos de verano para jóvenes y adultos

Through hands-on gardening and an art-making experience with teaching artist Rachel Ferrante, participants enjoy nature while learning about life in the past.

¡Cava! ¡Plántalo! El programa de jardinería"¡Cómetelo!" ofrece una gran variedad de experiencias:

  • Cultivar y cuidar un huerto
  • Create art with teaching artist Rachel Ferrante
  • Explore la historia y la naturaleza en el histórico jardín de 2 acres

FREE but pre-registration is required. Pre-register online through the website Events page. Dates are posted each Spring.

Programa Almuerzo con el Bibliotecario

Lunch with the Librarian returns Wednesdays in July and August at 12:00pm. Pre-school children and their caregivers are encouraged to bring lunch and enjoy stories under the Museum’s magnificent beech tree. Please enter the garden through the side gate. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be held in the MHHM’s Center Hall. In partnership with the Morristown & Morris Township Library.
